That's completely up to you at this stage. The longer you stake, the more Cheddar you earn.

As a loyalty token Cheddar is meant to be used in the NEAR ecosystem of dApps. The team does not have an active plan to launch liquidity pools (LP's). The Cheddar DAO however can vote to provide Cheddar as a loyalty token for LP's the community or other AMM / DEXes launch in a future phase.
